SynQor seeks a charismatic and outgoing professional to join our sales team. The primary responsibilities of the Inside Sales Specialist are to interact with customers, answer questions, resolve issues, and locate and cultivate new sales opportunities. The incumbent will receive on-the-job training where they will learn about SynQor’s products and services, our sales process and software, and our sales goals and how to achieve them.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop product and industry knowledge.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers by effectively resolving issues and identifying opportunities to maximize new sales and market areas.
  • Partner with and support one of our Regional Sales Managers to maintain current business and promote future growth within a designated territory.
  • Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
  • Seek new prospects and maintain a personal list.
  • Cold call potential new customers.
  • Prepare reports on sales activity, calls made and leads generated
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
  • Basic personal account management.
  • Maintain contact with existing clients to ensure they have a positive experience with the company’s products or services
  • Communicate with prospective clients regarding their interest in potential opportunities, as well as with existing clients to understand their needs and recommend solutions
  • Answer questions about products or services and educate customers about available options

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related field required.
  • 0 – 3 years of experience.

  • Impressive self-discipline and time-management skills.
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Salesforce preferred).
